Hunter Vale Farm

Mimi is heading to Saratoga to be trained as a racehorse an will eventually trained by Linda Rice at Aqueduct.

Friday morning, there was a bit of confusion in the normal order of things in the mare pasture. Evie and Mimi were flagrantly munching on the round bail, with no Zhoya or Henriette to chase them away!

Zhoya was, in fact, standing by the run-in shed playing auntie to the latest addition to the Hunter Vale Farm herd, Henriette’s gorgeous big bay filly! She’s by Everest, so she joins her half-siblings, Evie and Elvis.  Henriette is by the Holsteiner stallion Caracas by Cor de la Bryere – as well as Cottage Son.

Chelsea Square is a 2010 Hanoverian filly, bay with blaze, by Caprimond out of a leased broodmare Square One. We’re very happy she’s found a lovely new home with Lizzie!  Lizzie has renamed her “Madison Square”.  Good luck Lizzie – she looks amazing!
